Getting the good kind of mail

I ordered a couple of skeins of Shelter through Brooklyn Tweed’s site last Friday right before I left for work. And what should arrive on my doorstep come Monday afternoon?

Goodness that was QUICK! I also ordered a skein of Tern from Quince & Co. It’s destined to be a small neck scarf one day, hopefully sometime this year.

Both of these companies are extremely nice and treat their customers very well. There always seems to be a personal touch with them, which I love. I ordered shade cards from both so that I can order colors with confidence and certainty. It’s so nice being able to see the colors in person.

I’ll be doing a review of some of my favorite online yarn shops this weekend, if you’re interested stay tuned…. :)
